Missing Dog In Ft McIntosh

I am missing my dog rocky, he went missing monday evening around 3 oclockp.m. hes a chihuahua brown with light brown, his tail stands curved up, I dont have a recent pic but i do have the pic from when he was a puppy. I didn't have his collar on him, so I assume someone thought he didnt belong to anyone and picked him up, and we believe my mom saw the car who picked him up. They had their brights on and she didnt get a good look, but I KNOW they have my dog. I was informed today that my dog was possibly run over last wed but why would he be found on the side of 110 and not in my neighborhood is something i dont understand but i still believe that the dog my neighbor found wasnt my rocky it wasnt my little boy i refuse to believe that hes gone!
