Come on and share those recipes. The holidays are fast approaching and we all want something different this year. So drag out those recipe books or jar that brain and get busy posting. :-*Cause I know someone besides just me has some good ones. *clicks fingers on desk* impatiently waiting Don't make me use my pitchfork now on you all. Nenner can tell you it don't feel too good

Sour Cream Pound Cake
2 Sticks Pure Butter 8 oz Sour Cream ¼ tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract 6 Eggs 3 Cups All Purpose Flour 3 Cups Sugar
Make sure eggs and butter are at room temperature
Grease and flour cake pan
Cream butter and sugar for 5 to 7 minutes------Mix eggs in one at a time until all are added----Mix flour small amounts alternating with Sour Cream (mix at thirds) start with flour end with flour (DON’T OVER BEAT FLOUR). ADD BAKING POWDER TO FLOUR.---Add Vanilla Extract---Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 to 25 minutes. Test cake for by sticking in a toothpick and see if it comes out clean or spring test. Let cool for 10 min in the Bundt pan before removing. Turn upside down on plate tap bottom softly. Cake will come out then place a second plate on the bottom of the cake. Make topping with Cofectioneers sugar and lemon juice and sprinkle over cake generously. Let cool then sprinkle lightly with Confectioneers sugar with a tea strainer lightly to your discretion.
